All prices include VAT. Shipping costs and the resulting total amount are calculated by the shopping cart system during the ordering process. You will therefore see the amount you owe before submitting your order.

Free samples are included with every order. Requests for specific fragrances can be indicated in the "Customer Comments" field during the ordering process.
Delivery of bottling orders: The bottling service we offer is time-consuming and labor-intensive. To meet all customer requirements and avoid imposing minimum or maximum quantity restrictions, we use a blended cost calculation for packaging and shipping costs. Bottling orders are shipped uninsured in envelopes. Should a shipment be lost, you will receive a replacement.

Payment for goods can be made optionally by prepayment, Klarna installment purchase, Klarna invoice purchase, Paypal, credit card (Master, Visa) or instant bank transfer.

Delivery
Shipping is handled by DHL. For orders paid in advance, the delivery time begins only after payment has been received in our account (please note the processing times of individual banks). Delivery is generally made only to the first lockable door (usually the front door). We accept no liability for delivery delays due to force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances. If the promised delivery or service cannot be provided within 4 months due to unavailability, either the customer or La-Schiller may withdraw from the contract.
For advance payment, you will receive our bank details with the shipping confirmation via email. Payment by direct debit is not possible. For international transfers to our German account, please use our international account number and sort code. These must be used to ensure cost-effective transfers. Please understand that any bank fees incurred for a transfer must be borne entirely by you. Should the amount received in our bank account differ due to bank fees, we reserve the right to withhold delivery until full payment of the total order value has been received.
Important NOTE
Despite all due care, transport damage can occur during delivery. In this case, we will of course replace the damaged items free of charge.

Damage in transit must be reported immediately upon receipt of the goods. Should you wish to return the goods, please inform us beforehand by email, fax or telephone.
