The name Levante derives from the French word "levant," meaning "sunrise." Allegorically, Levante represents the "East" and the "Orient," and generally refers to the countries bordering the eastern Mediterranean. Levante was inspired by a place where the sun rises, the sea laps gently against the Mediterranean coast, and maritime notes fill the air—a place where travelers seek peace and tranquility, where a walk on the beach towards the sunrise is both exhilarating and calming. Levante touches us with the fresh scent of the sea and the ever-present notes of white flowers. Surprisingly, like a wind suddenly sweeping across the sea, Levante finishes with vanilla and caramel notes, paired with woody aromas and a hint of patchouli.
